Hours of Operations

Sunday-Saturday
10am-9pm

The Beth Cabrera Reflection Space is accessible to the entire GT community with your BuzzCard when it is not staffed or when doors are locked

Furniture

All property of the Beth Cabrera Reflection Space must remain within the room. General rule of thumb: if you or your group does not own the item in question, then it cannot be removed from the space.
Furniture such as chairs, ottomans, and podiums may be used and rearranged within the Reflection Space, but the furniture must be returned to its original location.

Cleaning

Groups are responsible for restoring the space to its original condition upon the conclusion of their event. Failure to restore the space to its original condition can impact the future of the group’s reservation privileges.

SCEC Decorations Policy

The Georgia Tech Student Center's decoration policy permits guests to decorate reserved spaces with prior approval, provided they adhere to specific guidelines, such as prohibiting duct tape on surfaces, disallowing flyers on doors or walls, and banning the use of candles, glitter, sand, and balloons in certain areas. Storage

Registered Student Organizations that show a need for storing specific items in the Reflection Space can be allowed space in storage to keep their items. This is only for items that will be used in the Reflection Space by the RSO members. The storage will be monitored by staff regularly to ensure that only Reflection Space items are stored here. If an RSO has other items that they need to store that are not used in the Reflection Space, they should work with the Center for Student Engagement to rent a secure locker in the Student Organization Hub.

RSOs needing to store reflection items should complete the Space Usage Form to share their storage needs each semester, if storage is still needed. To keep their storage space, RSOs must complete the form each semester, by the last day of classes, using this same form. RSOs that do not complete the form by the last day of classes must remove their belongings by the last day of finals. Items or property that are abandoned will be removed by SCEC staff the Monday following finals week.

Reserve Our Spaces

Groups are welcome to reserve the Reflection Space for quiet activities that highlight spiritual and emotional wellness.
