The Graduate Student Lounge can be reserved during staffed hours.
For more information, questions, or issues accessing the space, please contact gradlounge@stucen.gatech.edu.
Furniture in the Grad Lounge may not be rearranged or removed from the space. The furniture is a mixture of soft and hard seating.
Banquet rounds or other additional tables and chairs cannot be added for more seating for attendees.
Capacity for the Graduate Student Lounge is 40 seated.
Only one 6ft table for catering or check-in may be added to lounge reservations upon request.
Groups are responsible for restoring the lounge to its original condition upon the conclusion of their event. Failure to restore the lounge to its original condition can impact the future of the group’s reservation privileges. Cleaning fees will be assessed in collaboration with our custodial staff for any excessive clean-up requiring more cleaning than usual.
The Graduate Student Lounge is a great place to interact with other grads in a casual, recreational environment. All reservations must be graduate student-centered and be reserved by graduate student registered organizations (RSO) or departments in which the programming is benefiting the graduate community. Closed events are limited to preserve accessibility to the community during peak busy times.
